Innovation
Since its inception in 1991, Matan has introduced several innovations to the world of digital color printing, either as complete systems marketed under its own brand, or as propriety technologies developed by Matan and later sold to other companies and manufacturers. Super-wide format printers such as the original Nur Outboard and Wideboard, as well as the original Scitex GrandJet, were all developed by Matan.
Service Infrastructure
Matan's experienced and professional team follows a customer-oriented approach that guarantees quick and efficient response from its overseas service representatives, who function as an integral part of the company's service system. Through dedicated and intensive training programs, documentation and service methods, Matan has gained the reputation of a reliable and efficient service provider, dedicated to the customer's needs.
In keeping with this approach, Matan EU Customer Support Center based in Barcelona, Spain was recently established to provide professional technical support close to Matan’s European customer base.
